Weekly shift roster. One pharmacist covers every opening hour; each Mon–Sat carries at least 2×1st, 1×2nd, 1×3rd, 3×4th shift, and the generator adds just enough extra seats to bring everyone close to their weekly target hours; weekend duty rotates across the team.
